首先做一些热身的准备动作吧!

双手向上空抬,感觉整个身体向上延伸。然后一边均匀的吐气,一边慢慢的分别向两侧倾斜。

坐下两腿伸开、双手向上伸,慢慢的上半身分别向两侧倾斜。

动作一:水平跪下。如图所示,一手撑地一手向前延伸,左腿伸直,保持10秒。反向也一样,重复3-6次。

动作二:水平躺下,腿稍稍弯曲(如图所示),一边吸气一边慢慢的双手向前倾。背部挺直后调整呼吸,然后再重复练习6-10次。

动作三:水平躺下,双手在耳侧。两腿弯曲,用左胳膊肘去碰右腿,反向也一样。重复10次
